Not just a strawberry cupcake, but a double strawberry cupcake! Do I really need to say anything else? I needed to bake up a batch of something for a friends bbq and this recipe turned out insanely delicious. I didn't have any cupcake holders, so I used some baking sheets cut into squares instead. It's amazing how creative you can get when you need to.
