Taste of Brazil

Anyone living in Barcelona can tell you that you'll most likely meet more Brazilians there than Catalans so it was somewhat inevitable that I ended up having Brazilian friends as some of my closest there, one of which taught me one of Brazil's famous desserts, Brigadeiros! They are insanely easy to make, literally 20 minutes max and you can top them however way you wish. I used this recipe and rolled a few in icing sugar, a few in crushed flake chocolate bar and left the rest plain. Chocolatey Delicious-ness!
