Spinach Feta Bread

I love bread, I love feta cheese and I love spinach, so when I came across this recipe for Spinach Feta Bread in Cooking Light magazine I had to taste it asap so I took down the recipe and went to the grocery store the same day.  I made it as a side dish for dinner and ended up eating it for breakfast and lunch the next day, it was that good! Ever since attempting to bake my own bagels (here) I found a few bread recipes that I'm excited to try and I am aiming to completely avoid store bought, after all, who doesn't love freshly baked warm and aromatic homemade breads?

{Mix a cup of feta cheese,  half a cup of chopped marinated artichoke hearts, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano and salt, one 10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 3 garlic cloves and one egg white}
{Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle, you can also use store bought pizza dough, and spread mixture all over leaving a half inch border.  Beginning with long side, roll up the dough and pinch the seam and ends to seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet coated with cooking spray and cut diagonal slits into top of roll to reveal filling}
{Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden}
{Slice and indulge!}

I also love the spinach, feta, parmesan combination. The way the melted cheese looks in your photo, I wish this would appear on on a plate in front of me right now. Yum.
