Soy-Glazed & Healthy


When I attempt to cut out junk food for a week and eat strictly healthy my days almost always end up going like this.  Two eggs and fruit for breakfast, for lunch healthy soy-glazed salmon with a side salad of my favorites and for dinner two large pieces of double chocolate cake topped with a scoop of extra churned vanilla ice cream.   I can't help but to think who cares, you live once, at least enjoying healthier things through out the day balance it all out.

YUMMMM looks delicis. Might try this Glazed salmon. i do the same cookies, ice cream at night..just wanting to tone for Bikini time :)
