Mushroom Dumplings

Mushroom dumplings were the first creations made in my bamboo steamer and I have already made them countless times since.  These dumplings are light, healthy and so easy to make.  Mince 8oz of mushrooms and 1 onion and saute in 1 TBS of sesame oil until soft.  Add 2 TSP's of soya sauce for a touch of finishing flavor and spoon the mixture onto wonton papers. Fold over, seal with water, and steam.  Your result is delicious Asian delights filled with goodness.
