Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins

Recently I've been baking a lot of banana bread, I've salvaged many banana's this way before they get too ripe.  This recipe for Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is absolutely heavenly and I throw in an extra banana for even more fruity flavor.  I have made it numerous times since the first batch and when its fresh and warm out of the oven, it's perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

One of my favourite deserts, AND one of the easiest to make.
I dont use choc chips in the recipe but i cover the muffins with praline cream (nutella) and it has a similar effect, plus they are transformed into cupcakes!!!!!
Cheers!
