For almost two weeks now I have been going on and on like a broken record to anyone who would listen about how much I want a panini press. I have endless sandwich recipes that would be just right with a little panini press action. So over the weekend I did something about it and I went out and got myself a panini press. Now, picture a sandwich with smoked turkey, brie cheese, fresh figs and a dash of pesto on Tuscan ciabatta bread and then picture all that, panini-ed to perfection. With the first bite I knew this is something I should have purchased a long, long time ago.
