I don't believe that enjoying a light and healthy meal means compromising flavor and deliciousness. Really, no one said that healthy meals have to be bland and boring and this dinner creation proves that. I sauteed sliced chicken breast in fresh lemon juice, oregano and chopped sun-dried tomatoes and served it with two mouth watering sides. The result was a filling, flavorful and healthy meal filled with goodness.
